"Hi, folks, I'm Russ Handler. Did you know that traveling from Seattle to Vancouver, via train, is only about a four to five hour trip? It's a beautiful trip as well. You get to go through great mountains. It's a wonderful way to travel, and an excellent way to avoid potential delays at the Canada border. Now, I'm going to suggest, if you're going to book your travel from Seattle to Vancouver via rail, that you definitely go to Amtrak's website. There you can get all the information that you need, or you could also call them at 1-800-USA-RAIL, but their website is very interactive. First thing I suggest you do is, sign up for their Rewards Program. Then proceed, and go ahead and buy your tickets. You can buy them online at the website, and then pick them up, when you go down to the train. Leave your cigarettes at home, because it's a nonsmoking train, as are all Amtrak trains, and if you want to save a little bit of money while on board, you might want to pack your own snacks as well. There may be some baggage issues, so travel as lightly as possible, as you're likely to not have baggage service in some cases. The trip again, only four to five hours, very easily booked on the website. Keep in mind you will definitely want to not be a smoker, because this is a nonsmoking train. Bring your own snacks, and enjoy it. It's a great way to again, avoid delays at the border, and make sure that you have your passport and driver's license ready. I'm Russ Handler, and that's how you do it."
