"Hi, my name is Dave Andrews. Today, I'm going to show you how to make a pie graph in Excel. Let's open up Microsoft Excel by clicking on the start button, going to All Programs, Microsoft Office, and selecting Excel. Let's type in some data for our pie graph. I'm going to do number of sales. Let's enter our employees' names, and some sales data for those employees. To create our pie chart, let's select our entire table, go up to the Insert tab, and you'll see Pie under Charts. Let's click on that, and then just select a simple 2D pie chart. This creates a pie chart for our employees' number of sales. You can format your pie chart by selecting the chart styles up at the top.
