"Hi my name is Dave Andrews, today I'm going to show you how to make a line graph in Excel. Let's begin by opening up Microsoft Excel by clicking on the start button, going to all programs, Microsoft Office, let's just launch Excel. I'm going to put in some data here in the columns and rows. Let's say number of cells, let's type in some names. Let's put in the data for the number of cells these people achieved. To create our line chart simply highlight our entire table, go to insert, and under the charts area we're going to highlight line chart, and click on it. There's several different line charts that you can enter, I'm just going to do a simply two D line. Here's our line chart with the number of cells for each of our employees. Under chart styles you can format your line chart just by clicking on these selections. It's that easy to create a line chart.
