"Hi, my name is Dave Andrews. Today, I'm going to show you how to set up an Outlook profile. To begin, let's click on the start button at the bottom, and we want to go to Control Panel. Now, with the classic view selected, we want to open the Mail section in Control Panel. Click by Show Profiles under the Profiles area, and we want to add a new profile. We'll call it Dave. This brings up the profile security settings. Let's say manually configure service settings, and say next. I'm going to use an Internet e-mail to connect to my personal Internet e-mail. Under name, I'm just going to put my name, and my e-mail address. I'm going to use POP3. Now, the account settings can be given to you by your Internet e-mail provider. I know that mine supports POP3, but there are other options. Most Internet providers give you what you should put in the account type, incoming mail server, and outgoing mail server on their websites. For mine, it's just mail.daveandrews.org. I'm also going to type in my user name, which, typically, is your entire e-mail address, as well as my password. I'm going to say test account settings. Both of these tests completed correctly, so I'm going to say close, and next, finish. Now, back under the mail settings, I'm going to say prompt for a profile to be used, and apply that. It's that easy to set up a new Outlook profile. My name is Dave Andrews, and I just explained to you how to set a new Outlook profile."
