"Hi. My name is Dave Andrews. Today, I'm going to show you how to schedule time in Outlook to complete a task. Let's open up Microsoft Outlook by clicking on the Start button at the bottom, go into All Programs and under Microsoft Office, let's select Microsoft Office Outlook. Once Outlook opens, let's go to the calendar section. Let's say that we have a task that's going to occur on Friday, the 19th and it's going to take about three hours. To schedule that task, let's right click and let's say New Appointment. We're going to say, "Explain how to use Outlook". Now, to schedule time, what we're going to do is create a start time and an end time. Let's say we're going to start our explanation at about ten o'clock in the morning and it's going to last three hours. It's going to take us to 1pm, which it shows you right here, will take three hours. Let's save our appointment. And if we go then to the Day View, we will see that three hours of our day have been blocked out for that task. My name is Dave Andrews and I've just showed you how to schedule time in Outlook to complete a task."
