"Hello my name is Vic Schumacher with HPE Financial Services. Today we are going to talk about how to pass the property and casual state exam. Like with any exam what you've got to do is be prepared. There's classes, prep classes that you can take, you can pay for these prep classes in your home state. You can take these prep classes online as well. The key factor is to study as much as you can and have the proper materials and booklets that are available. You can contact your state department of revenue and obtain a list of books that they are certified on how to handle this particular topic. You can go to the courses and study for a week with a qualified instructor on these particular topics. But like with any exam, you need the rest, you can't cram on something like this. And you've got to feel comfortable and confident that you can take it. So worst case scenario you don't pass it. You start it all over again. It's a goal worth obtaining. My name is Vic Schumacher, the company is HPE Financial Services, helping people every day."
