Flossing Teeth With Braces

"So do you have braces and you are just dieing to know how you can properly floss your teeth. Well my name is Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with solutions and I'm going to show you on how you can floss your teeth when you have braces. First what you are going to need is you are going to need a floss threader which looks like this. Basically and then you are also going to need floss. You want to floss, place the floss through the floss threader, it's pretty much almost like a needle and thread type deal and then you are going to take the floss threader and once when you've done so it should look like this. Then you are going to take the floss threader, you are going to place it up underneath the wire of your braces and then pull it through. You want to hold on to one end of the floss and then with holding on to one end of the floss keep pulling the floss threader through which then in return you should, that way your floss will be able to be up underneath the wire. Then you would then floss your teeth like you normally would in between your teeth creating what we call a c motion. You are going to curve your floss around the side of the tooth in a c look figure and then do the same thing on the opposite side. And then you remove the floss and then you repeat on each individual tooth. So basically the most, the easiest way to floss your teeth is you would need to purchase a floss threader, floss that through each individual tooth and then, and then with that being said you've successfully flossed your teeth with a floss threader so.
