"So are you interested in knowing on how long your bleaching results will last? Well, my name is Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with solutions and I'm going to explain to you on how to make your bleaching results last. Basically, if you've already bleached your teeth or you went to your general dentist and he bleached your teeth for you in office procedure, I'm sure he's already told you that you would need to really avoid any kind of staining products. Any kind of staining products that would stain a white tee shirt you really want to avoid direct contact on your teeth, but mainly, your bleaching results should last for at least a good two to three months. But you want to continue along with anything your especially if you're a coffee drinker or a tea drinker, or smoker, you're going to get what we calls natural re occurring stains. So you want to maintain your bleaching process by maybe bleaching your teeth once a week just to kind of make sure that the staining doesn't keep building up on your teeth. But basically, your results should last anywhere from two to three months but you want to also maintain the bleaching process about one to two weeks bleaching it and that way it will kind of keep you with that nice, bright, white smile. Once again, my name is Michelle, and I'm a dental assistant with solutions, and I've just explained to you on the how long the bleaching results will last."
