Basically you would need to determine on how stained your teeth are and how white you want to get them. If your teeth are you know, if they are on the mediocre staining side as far as where you still like the whiteness but you just want them a little bit brighter, then you can actually go to any drugstore pharmacy and purchase over the counter whitening strips. What you would do then you would just use those as directed and then also to if your teeth are very stained and you really want to kind of just remodel your whiteness of your teeth you would need to go see your general dentist therefore he can kind of give you a couple of different treatment options maybe he would prescribe you some take home bleaching kits which would be actually, it will be a custom bleaching trays that he would make for you which look exactly like this and he'll give you a tube of bleach to use and you would use as directed. You bleach your teeth with it about once or twice a day for about thirty minutes or once a day for an hour. So or you can also purchase over the counter tooth whitening toothpaste, that's another great treatment option to kind of keep your teeth, just maintaining them, keeping them nice and bright and white. But there are several different options out there so really need to just determine on how stained your teeth are and how white you want them to be.
