"So are you interested on how you can bleach your teeth at home. Well my name is Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with Solutions and I'm here to explain to you on the best way to bleach your teeth at home. Basically in order to get that great bright white smile that you are looking for you would really need to go see your general dentist. He might want to give you a couple of different treatment options as far as take home bleaching solutions. If that is the case then normally what would happen is you can actually, you'll get what we call is your bleaching trays, they custom fit trays to fit your mouth. They look just exactly like this. Then you are actually going to take the bleaching solution, normally he'll probably give you one to two tubes and within this bleaching solution it ranges from even like a fifteen percent solution or a twenty two percent. Of course the higher the percentage the stronger the solution will be so it will bleach your teeth a lot faster. And then what you are actually going to do is you want to place a small amount of the bleaching solution right on the front surface of your tooth ok. You don't want to probably don't want to place that much amount, but you want to place enough to, basically where it's the size of a pin drop on the front part of the tooth. So you do that to each individual tooth and then you place the tray back into your mouth on your teeth. Kind of clip it in and then you really want to just kind of press the tray, make sure that the bleaching solution kind of smooths out evenly all around all of your teeth. And then you would wear that for the directed amount of time whether it's for an hour or for thirty minutes and then you would do this consistently throughout the week once a day for seven days in order to kind of get that nice bright white smile. So once again my name is Michelle and I just let you know on how you can bleach your teeth at home."
