"So, did you just recently bleach your teeth and you're interested in knowing how to avoid uneven staining for your teeth after bleach? My name's Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with Solutions and I'm going to give you a quick little tips on how to avoid uneven staining when it comes to staining. Basically, what you really want to do is you really want to avoid the major eating or drinking any major staining products, such as, coffee, tea, any type of coke, berries, wine or soy sauce, all of these things that have a determined stain to it, that will actually stain your teeth. Basically, you really want to avoid direct contact with your teeth when it comes to that, especially after you just bleached your teeth. Anything that really can stain a white T-shirt is going to stain your teeth so just really avoid direct contact with your teeth. If you have to drink coffee, you have to drink coke products, then just really try to drink it through a straw and really avoid it touching your teeth. Once again, my name is Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with Solutions and I just kind of gave you a couple little tips on how to avoid uneven staining when it comes to bleaching your teeth."
