"Those little Mexican paper flowers are called crepe folding. My name is Robert Segundo and today I'm going to show you how to make those little paper flowers crepe folded. What we're going to do is we're going to start with a couple of square pieces of paper I have here. Now there not all exactly square but this is tissue paper and it doesn't really matter. They're really hard to cut. I've got about six pieces here, you can use four to six. How many ever. You just lay them one on top of each other. What we're going to do is we're just going to take them and we're just going to fold them into little one inch increments, first on way, then the other way. I mean you don't have to be exact with it, exactly on inch. If you want to break out your ruler that's your prerogative and more power to you. But I'm just going to guess because, there we go. Alright, I'm going to take this little one inch strip now and I'm going to take my little green piece of pipe cleaner and I'm just going to fold it in half, and I'm going to slide it over like so, and kind of push it up just a little bit to give it that and I'm just going to twist my pipe cleaner just once. There we go. Then from there, well wait a minute, I forgot one thing, I'll go back to it. I'm going to fold this over like so, now that it's folded over what I'm going to do is I'm just going to take it and I'm going to round this edge off which will bring all of this kind of to a similar look. There we go, oops, not too round lets try that again. Alright close enough, sweep this out of the way here. Now what we're going to do is we're going to take this and we're just going to kind of open it up and from here this comes to your artistic ability here. You're going to take this flower and open it up and then you're going to kind of just take and pull each layer out until it looks like a flower. This will take quite some time, well maybe not, depending on how good you are at this. But this is the basic concept, this is the basic concept of all crepe style flowers. So instead of going out and buying your crepe flowers set, you can just make this for quite a bit less. So, that's pretty good, that looks pretty close. So, My name is Robert Segundo and enjoy making your Mexican Paper Flower!"
