Well my name is Sylvia Russell and today I'm going to show you how to properly apply eyeliner quickly. Now listen the best way to get a quick eyeliner is to use a pen. It comes with a felt tip or even a liquid. And it works really, really easy. So when you are on the run, and you don't have much time this is the best way to go. You simply dot it on, it works just like a pen. And this one is a nice little felt tip. So you can make the line nice and thick, you can get it nice and even and apply it as dark as you like. And there you have it. A nice dark line on the eye. Now remember when doing this you don't really have to take your time. I mean I would advise it but you can even do it in the car.
