"Hello there. If you're curious abut the benefits of massage therapy, I can tell you what they are. I'm Sundae with Natural Sundae. Now the first benefit is, obviously, relaxation. And in such a busy world, relaxation is a real gift. A lot of us are so stressed out these days that we don't ever take time to pamper ourselves or relax, and massage therapy is one of the best ways that you can choose to do this. The second benefit is it increases circulation. When you open up the tissue, it really helps increase circulation, and what that does is it brings nice, healthy, oxygenated blood, full of nutrients, to every cell and all the tissues in your body. And that really helps keep you very healthy and strong. Now the third benefit is increasing your tissue elasticity, which means if you have stiffened neck, or a stiffened shoulders, or something wrong with your hamstrings, massaging that out feels great. And it's a great way to keep your body, your physical body, healthy and strong. And another benefit is your emotional comfort as well. It's a great way to keep your stress off. It keeps you nice and happy inside. It really reduces all the....the aches and pains that we have in our hearts, too. It helps comfort our insides, our outsides, and increases circulation. And it helps keep our muscles nice and supple and strong. Thanks for listening. I'm Sundae with Natural Sundae."
