"Hi, if you've ever wondered how massage therapists choose what they're going to wear, I can tell you how I choose what I'm going to wear. I'm Sundae, with Natural Sundae. Now, massage therapists need to consider a few things, when choosing what they're going to wear to work. You have to wear something that you can move comfortably in, because massage therapists are always bending very deeply. You have to be able to move. You can't wear a tight skirt, or a skirt for that matter, at all, and you have to be able to really do some deep lunges. The other thing you need to consider, is it needs to be very comfortable. You're not going to be wearing heels or flip flops, or anything that's going to encumber your movement, and be uncomfortable. You need to be comfortable, in order to give a great massage. Now, the other thing you need to consider, and this is especially important for the women, is that you dress appropriately for a professional massage therapist. You cannot wear something that's going to make parts of your body pop out, when you bend over. Sometimes you'll have a male on the table, and if you need to get in a certain position, to do a nice technique on him, you may have to bend over, and your top may pop open, in a halter top or a tank top, so you definitely don't need to be wearing any of those types of clothing, so scrubs. This is what I wear. I love my scrubs. They're very comfortable. They cover me up. They look pretty cool, I think, and they allow me to move, in any direction that I need to, to give a great massage, so those are just some tips on what to wear, when you give a good massage, and be a professional massage therapist. I'm Sundae, with Natural Sundae. Thanks."
