"Hi there. If you're a massage therapist, and interesting in restoring your massage table to it's original color, I can give you some tips. Now the answer to this is kind of tricky, because when you talk about restoring a massage table, you usually are talking about the front padding that you lie on. You can't paint that, so, we're not talking about that. We have to talk about the legs. So if you get a massage table and, say, it's used, and you don't really like the color of the legs, and say it was an older wooden table, what you want to do is turn the table over on it's side, like I have here. And you're going to remove, if you see any loose parts that are going to be in your way, you want to remove those, and usually a screwdriver can help you do that. Then what you want to do is, you want to take a piece of sandpaper and just gently sand the legs down, because this is what you're going to be painting. So sand the legs down, and this will create a nice way for the legs to absorb the new paint that you're going to choose. And then, all that's left is to make sure, you're going to cover the main part of your table with a sheet and painter's tape, so, you really want to be careful. You don't want to ruin your...the vinyl in your massage table at all. You want to make sure you protect this. And then you're going to go ahead and choose the color that you like most and paint it, and make sure it's nice and dry. You might...you might want to put two or three coats just to make sure it's nice and thick and won't fade. And then let it dry. And you should be good to go. So that was a quick tip on how to restore the table, the color to your massage table. I'm Sundae with Natural Sundae."
