"If you've ever wondered on how to make your own massage oil, I can show you how. I'm Sundae with Natural Sundae. Now making your own massage oil is a really fun and creative way to not only pamper your client, but yourself as well. And massage oil is made out of all natural oils, and they can be pressed from nuts, seeds, and vegetables. And there is a large variety of oils out there to choose from with different consistencies. Now the ones usually preferred by massage therapists have a thinner consistency, are lighter and are very easy to absorb into the skin. And the ones usually preferred are grape seed, fractionated coconut, sunflower, apricot kernel, and jojoba. Now, what you're going to do to customize if you're interested in using essential oils, and it's very easy to customize them according to your...your client's scent preferences or specific needs. And a really general recipe to do this is to take a one ounce bottle of oil, this is a one ounce bottle, and take your essential oil, and drop six drops of essential into your carrier oil. Now this will give you a very gentle, one percent dilution. If you wish to use a little bit more essential oil, and want it a little bit stronger, then you can increase the essential oil by double. You can double it, which means you'd use twelve drops of essential oil to one ounce of carrier oil. Now the massage oil that I make, I love making and it's really fun, and I make it with ten different oils. I put a little apricot kernel in there. A little grape seed, a little rose hip seed, and it's really fun to make. And then I can customize it according to what my clients like best. My name's Sundae, with Natural Sundae, and this was a really fun way to make your own massage therapy oil."
