"So have you ever wondered if fluoride treatment is necessary for your teeth? Well my name is Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with Solutionz and I'm here to kind of give you a little tip on why fluoride treatments are necessary for your teeth. Pretty much what fluoride treatments are is it is a quick little treatment that is usually placed on your teeth after you have had them cleaned by your hygienist. They come sometimes in a foam format or in a gel. The hygienist likes to place the fluoride into the foam into the tray, place the tray in your mouth and let you bite on it for a minute. What the fluoride does is you are supplying nutrients to your teeth. It is actually building the enamel on your teeth and the more nutrients you have on your teeth, the stronger your teeth are going to be the less susceptible you are to sensitivity in your teeth so yes a fluoride treatment is necessary. It is highly recommended by most general dentist and hygienists and then you know it only takes a minute. They have different types of flavors. It is an easy procedure for you to do and then you can even possibly do it on yourself if you can get some fluoride treatment from your general dentist or if he prescribes it for you, doing fluoride treatments at home is really easy. Fluoride treatments are necessary. It is a great way to build and strengthen your teeth. Once again my name is Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with Solutionz and I just explained to you why fluoride treatment is necessary for your teeth."
