"Do you find yourself suffering from headaches a lot? If you are, you are not alone, but I am here to help. I'm Isabelle Simon your personal and workplace wellness consult. And today we are going to learn how to stop a headache. First thing to think of is how much water have you had to drink today. Dehydration is the number one cause of a headache. Think about it, it helps your brain function so if things are not lubricated properly, hydrated you know the head is going to tell you something. What do people do most often when they have a headache. They take an aspirin right. Well my friend, having a headache is not a sign of being aspirin deficient. It's your body telling you something is not functioning properly. Hydration but also when was the last time you had something to eat. You may be hungry. Have something to eat. Those would be the two things that would cause a headache. And those are very basic but if you are suffering from headaches on a regular basis I bet you that you are not drinking enough water and you are not eating on a regular basis.
