And, today we're going to learn how to stop migraines and but also how to avoid them to begin with. Things to keep in mind, migraines can come from different reasons. Usually women have them on more regular basis than men. Your hormonal system and your hormonal, yeah, your hormonal system may be the cause. You may have hormonal imbalances, and if this is the case, you know, you may be under a lot of stress, will by itself cause that hormonal imbalances. But, if so, those migraines may be triggered by being dehydrated. Ensure you drink plenty of water. Also, in many cases, I have many clients that are simply putting deficient, you're not eating enough protein sources, meat, fish, nuts, will provide that protein. Something to keep in mind, look at yourself in the mirror, and if you have any imbalances in the neck and especially something called forward head posture, when you kind of lean forward like this, the migraines might actually be caused by some cervical imbalances, so you might want to find the Chiropractor in your neighborhood who can check you out. Those are very basic things to check, and migraines unfortunately, can come from different sources. But, check all of the above and see what different it makes for you.
