"Do you find yourself being forgetful at times? If so, what you eat may be to blame. I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant, and today we're going to learn some simple tips to help improve your memory. Something to begin with is hydration. Dehydration will have such an impact on your brain functions that you won't be able to think straight, and if you cannot think straight, you may be forgetting important things. So drink your, enough water during the day. The recommended amount is half your body weight in ounces of water. So let's say you're two hundred pounds, you will want to drink no less than a hundred ounces of water per day. Number two, you will want to increase your intake of omega three fatty acids. They are awesome for brain function and for increasing your memory. Items and food items, items where you can find omega three fatty acids, fish, especially cold water fish, but any kind of fish, seafood will help. Nuts will help. Olive oil will help. Leafy greens, leafy veggies will help with your memory as well. So keep those three steps in mind, very easy, and you should see an increase in your memory.
