"Do you find yourself tossing and turning all night? If so, you're not alone, but I am here to help. I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant, and today we're going to learn some simple things to help you get some Z's. Something to keep in mind, if you have a lot on your mind. Have maybe a pad and a pen next to your bed so that if something comes to mind on your "to do" list, you don't have to really get up and write it down. Just jot it down, right here, right there. You might want to find a little routine, like maybe reading a book or a magazine or listen to some soft music, before, like a half an hour before you go to bed to help relax your body, and dim some lights so that it trains your body that it's night time, it's night, you know, time to go to bed. Sleeping is so important for your health because sleeping is when your body heals, okay. Something that you may want to try. Banana is high in sugar naturally, and you may want to eat a banana and drink a glass of milk before you go to bed about a half an hour. Combination of the two, because it has the protein, the good fats and some of the good carbs, will help ease and appease your body and prepare you for a good night of sleep. Try those and if all fails, you may want to talk to your doctor. In the meantime, enjoy some Z's. I'm Isabelle, your wellness consultant."
