And today, we're going to learn how to keep a healthy heart. Some very basic things, a heart works with the help of minerals, vitamins and a nutrition high or diet high in fruits and raw vegetables will definitely bring you all those anti-oxidants vitamins and minerals. So start with that. Increase you intake in fruits and vegetables. Number 2; omega 3 fatty acids, along with omega 6's. You will find those in salmon, sardines, cold water fish basically. And item, if you're not eating it that you definitely would want to implement and increase is garlic. Awesome properties to keep the heart healthy. And of course some exercise; a good power walk or some strength training obviously. Check with your doctor, you know, the intensity of the program that you want to do, but keep active will also help the blood flow and keep your heart pumping. So that, those are the basics of keeping your heart healthy. There are some supplements out there that are available and something you may want to consider is something that has nitric oxide. I personally use a product that was developed by Dr. Louis Ignarro. If his name sounds familiar, it's because he won the noble prize in Medicine in 1998 for his research on nitric oxide and it's one of the very famous doctors who help with heart health. And that wold be my recommendation to keep your heart health and remember, good health begins with good nutrition. I'm Isabelle Simon, your Wellness Consultant."
