"Are you getting in the stage of life when you're starting to feel the symptoms and the effects of menopause? If so, I am here to help. I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and work based Wellness Consult and today we're going to learn how to minimize the symptoms of menopause. One thing to keep in mind, you will want to stay hydrated, it is very important to help digest your foods properly and help cool your body. Number two, absolutely stay away from spicy foods, those actually help heat up the body and so if you're in the stage of your life where you have menopause, you probably don't want to aggravate the hot flashes by eating spicy foods. So, stay away from these. On the other hand, teas are very good, cucumbers are very good, those have cooling properties for the body, and so are helping when you have those symptoms coming up, are helping with, you know, cooling your body. Also, for mood swings, think about taking a walk, just relax, clear your head, that will help with the blood circulation and it will help with your mood. Something you may want to consider is a supplement that can help with all of the above. I have recommended many clients to utilize Women's Choice, and also we call it Men-Women's Choice, I've had many husbands calling me and thanking me for helping their wives. So, keep it simple, avoid spicy food, drink plenty of fluids, and eat cooling foods like tea, and cucumbers. And, that is as simple as that. I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and work place consult. Enjoy!"
