"Are you a very active person or are getting older and you're worrying about keeping your joints healthy? Worry no more. I'm here to help. I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant, and today we're going to learn how to keep healthy joints. First thing that you need absolutely to do, make sure that you drink enough water. You're supposed to drink half your body weight in ounces of water. So if you're two hundred pounds, drink a hundred ounces of water per day. Dehydration will cause a lot of inflammation in your joints. You don't want that, so drink enough. Number two, you will want to increase your intake of omega three fatty acids and foods that contain those are fatty fish from cold water. Fish like salmon, sardines, halibut, those are high in omega three fatty acids. Nuts contain those as well, olive oil is a very good choice for omega three fatty acids. And in addition to drinking enough water and having enough omega threes in your diet, something you may want to consider is a supplement that has glucosamine. It helps with the joints and the cartilage. I personally used because I was injured in a car accident and needed a little help. I personally used a product called joint support. It is made naturally, not tested on animals and it works at a cellular level and I use three capsules a day and let me tell you, the accident hasn't stopped me one bit. I'm Isabelle Simon. I am your personal and workplace wellness consultant. And remember, good health begins with good nutrition."
