"Are you the one who enjoys traveling, but you are worried when you go in the mountains about altitude sickness? Worry no more. I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant. And today, we're going to learn how to avoid altitude sickness. My husband and I travel a lot and we live at sea level, so when we go in the mountains we need help, that's for sure. What we do; we use Nightworks, from Herbalife International. It comes in a powder. And what we do; we start about a week before we go on vacation in the mountains, and we take two little spoonfuls that we mix with water. It's just a powder, very small. Drink that before you go to bed. Nitric oxide is a natural molecule that we produce when we sleep and when we eat fruits and vegetables, but unfortunately, when you are in altitude the body cannot produce enough of it, so that brings a little boost for you. We combine this with two powerful anti-oxidants, Schizandra Plus and RoseOx. Those two can be used in combination or separately. I personally use one in the morning and the other in the evening, and let me tell you; not only do I have a good night's sleep, but I can go all the way to twelve thousand feet in altitude and suffer no symptoms whatsoever, whether feeling lightheaded, nose bleeding, or anything like that, and I can enjoy my vacation to the max. And this is how you avoid altitude sickness. I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant. Enjoy your vacation."
