"Hi, I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant, and today, we're going to learn what is cellular nutrition. Think about it this way. Inside our bodies we have trillions of cells; brain cells, eye cells, stomach cells, skin cells, you name it. We have a set of cells for every inch of our bodies. And cellular nutrition is basically the process of ensuring that your cells get the proper amount of nutrients that they need in order to function properly. And also, each cell eventually will die, and we, get reborn if you will. You'll get new cells recreated, and you want to ensure that they are made of good stuff. If they are made out of garbage you're going to have a garbage cell, and basically no good to keep you healthy. So, cellular nutrition is just the simple process of ensuring that you feed your body, your cells the good stuff so that they can deliver on the job. That is as simple as that. I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant."
