"Have you ever wondered how to make a good, healthy protein shake? Well, look no more, I am here to help. I'm Isabelle Simon, your Personal and Workplace Wellness Consultant and today we're going to learn how to make a protein shake. What you will need first is a blender. Second, something liquid. I personally like making my shakes with rice. In this case, I'm sorry, milk, but in this case, I'm going to use rice milk. What you want to do when you make a protein shake, you always, always want to put the liquid first; otherwise the powder will climb in the bottom and we don't want. So pour about eight to twelve ounces of liquid. In this case we're going to use milk. And I use here a protein shake, vanilla flavor. And I put one, you can put two scoops if you want. But today, we'll just use one. And because I like mixing my shakes in different flavors, here I'm going to be using some vanilla and a little bit of apples spice, apple pie spice. The good thing about protein shakes is that they're easy to make, ten seconds. Here, I will just hit the blender in just a second. They're easy to make, they're nutritious. Packed with protein, packed with vitamins, minerals and fiber. You have an easy, healthy on the go meal in just ten seconds. And voila, that's all you need to do. Enjoy it! I'm Isabelle Simon, your Personal and Workplace Wellness Consultant."
