"If you are like many women and are late on your period you may want to have and learn how to use Vitamin C to bring on a delayed period. I'm Isabelle Simon and I am your wellness consultant and here to help. Vitamin C and using Vitamin C to bring on a delayed period is not something that I would personally recommend necessarily but if you choose to do so what you would do, let's say you are a day late, you can buy on the market some Vitamin C supplements and drink that all day long. There are capsules that you can just dissolve in some water and you can drink this all day long. It will help bring on some contractions or similar effects in your body to help bring the blood flow and usually within a day of drinking plenty of Vitamin C during the day will help bring on a delayed period. Again this is not something that I would highly recommend but if you choose to do so this is the way to do it. I am Isabelle Simon and today we learned how to bring on a delayed period."
