Keep it simple. First things first. You will want to make sure that your toddler gets plenty of good, clear water in his system. The reason being is that it will help him or her digest the food, sleep better and stay hydrated which is very important also for brain development and brain function. Number two, you will want your toddler to get plenty of fresh fruit and plenty of vegetables. Those are packed with vitamins, minerals, complex carbs and fiber which are all very important for the development of the organs, the muscles, the bones, and be vital, lots of energy. Number three, protein. Protein is absolutely crucial for the good development of the muscles, and God knows those little toddlers, they are starting to running around, so they need to be able to support their body for the activities that they are involved in.
