Your child in order to develop properly will need some protein. Protein help build strong muscles and you can find protein in animal products like eggs, fish, meat but also legumes and nuts. So best choice for protein. Number two fruits, vegetables, the reason why is because they are very high in content in minerals, fiber and vitamins ok. So protein, minerals, vitamins, fiber all good stuff for the nutrition for your child. Ensure that your child drinks plenty of water. Have him or her stay away from sodas and pre made juices, it will only give him or her some bad habits later for life. Plenty of water, plenty of sleep. It is very important for your child development that he or she is able to rest, to heal the body during the night. And that is really as simple as that.
