"Are you ready to get married, and you want to complete a cleansing? Well, I'm here to help. I'm Isabelle Simon, your wellness consultant, and today we're going to learn how to complete a cleansing diet before your wedding. You will want to start at least a month early because most cleansing diet last twenty one days. The one that I would recommend actually does last twenty one days, and it's a very, very simple format. A few things you would want to adjust in your diet is to remove fried foods, alcohol; you can save that for the big day and acidic foods because they require so much work for you to digest. That while you complete your cleansing, it's going to be too much stress on the body. So, I would recommend that you kind of stay away from these for a little while. And there are some things that I personally use. The twenty one day kit. It's actually a formula that has two sets of tablets; evening tablets that you take before you go to bed. It helps remove all the junk out of your system and the morning tablets you take with breakfast and those help replenish the good flora inside your intestine. And I usually combine this with some Aloe Vera juice that I mix with water. It helps really cleanse not only the intestines but the liver, the spleen, every part, if you will, of your digestive tract. Twenty one days is all that you need to get ready for your big day, and this is as simple as that. This is how you complete a cleansing diet for your wedding, before your wedding. Enjoy, I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant; and remember, good health begins with good nutrition."
