"Are you getting ready for the big day next month? And if you are, or you wanted to complete 30-day wedding diet. Well, don't sweat it. I'm here to help. I'm Isabelle Simon, your Personal and Workplace Wellness Consultant and today we're going to learn how to complete a 30-day wedding diet safely and effectively. If you are like most bride, I'm pretty sure you've got lots of things on your to do list and you're probably stressed to the max and can't sleep. Sounds like you? Okay. Step no. 1, good night sleep. Sleep is very important because this is when you're going to heal and relax. Between ten pm and two am is when the physical body heals; and between two am and six am is when the mental, emotional, spiritual body heals. So if you're not getting your zest, you're going to be stressed to the max and hold on to all those fat cells, just to keep you going. Get your sleep. I have clients who have lost up to six pounds in one month by just getting more sleep. Number 2, stay away from your sodas and your fruit juices. They are packed with so much sugar that gets then processed into the body and stored into fat cells. Not good for the big day right? So, eliminate or at least reduce your consumption of of sodas and pre-made juices. I'd have clients lost up to eight pounds in one month by just quiting drinking the sodas. Number 3, stay away from fried foods. They are so packed with the bad fats that inevitably are going to stay around your mid-section. We don't want that for the big day. Number 4, drink plenty of water. You'd be amazed how much you can clear and clean in your body by just drinking enough water. And let me give you a formula for you to really accurately measure how much water you need for your body. Take your body weight, cut it in half and that's how many ounces of water that you need to drink. That my friend is an enough recipe right there to help you lose weight five to eight pounds in just one month. And my last recommendation would be for you to eat more fruits and vegetables. And that is as simple as that. Follow those directions and get ready for your big day. I'm Isabelle Simon your Wellness Consultant and remember that good health begins with good nutrition."
