"Have you ever wanted to detoxify your body, feel younger and rejuvenated? Well, I'm here to help. I'm Isabelle Simon, your Personal and Workplace Wellness Consultant and today we're going to learn how to complete a cleansing diet. Several steps that you should consider. There are certain foods that you should start easing off of before you complete your cleansing diet. Typically, cleansing diets last about twenty one days and what you would like to do is first, eliminate all fried foods from your diet. They are so acidic. If you want to detox, it's going to be harder work on your body while you're completing your cleansing. So, the cleansing process remember, is not just for the colon but it helps with the liver, the spleen and the entire digestive tract. Also, things to consider is remove sodas and all juices, pre-made juices. They are very high in sugar and again, very acidic and they will cause more stress on your body while you are completing your cleansing. So fried foods, sodas and juices, all processed foods that are also too acidic on the body; alcohol, spicy food. So make that an exception while you're completing your cleansing. Now the actual cleansing, what I would recommend is a couple of things. What I personally use is a couple of tablets. It's actually a program where you have two tablets that you take at night and it helps to remove the old matters and it remove all the junk. And then in the morning, you take a second set of tablets and they help replenish the good flora inside your intestines. And I actually combine this with another product, it's aloe juice. It helps cleanse your body naturally and it's extremely gentle. That process of twenty one days is the most gentle cleanse I've ever done. And I personally do it four times a year and the best way for me to remember when to do it is that each season. That way, I know when to do it. And this is how you can complete a cleansing diet that will help you feel younger and rejuvenated and keep the disease away.
