I'm Isabelle Simon your personal and workplace wellness consultant and today we are going to learn about the foods of love. Namely the foods that have an aphrodisiac impact onto the human body. Number one food, bananas because of their shape and their texture and because they are high in potassium they help set you in the mood. Number two chocolate, yes. Would you believe it. This is probably why during Valentine's Day we get lots of it. It's a stimulant and it also helps you relax and it helps bring the blood flow into those right areas. Number three food. Any fatty fish and also fish oil are very good. So they are high in Omega threes and again help with your circulation. Number five ginseng because of it's stimulant it will help bring the circulation onto those right areas again. And that's it. Those are your best aphrodisiac foods to keep in mind for when you want to be in the mood. I'm Isabelle Simon and remember good health begins with good nutrition."
