"Are you pregnant and feeling sexy? Yea right no one who is pregnant feels sexy. But you know what I'm Dr. Jill from Tampa, Florida here to tell you how to love your body when you're pregnant. It is all a mindset, it's in your head. You're not going to feel well. You're going to be puking. You're going to have pimples. You're going to get fat but you know what if you feel good about yourself and do things to pamper yourself, it will make this pregnancy a lot better. It of course helps to have a husband who tells you how great you look and makes you feel sexy. That's a very important thing. Supportive people, very important. So do extra things in pregnancy. Make sure you keep up a beauty regimen, make sure you exercise, make sure you get plenty of rest, drink lots of fluids. All of these can help you feel better about yourself and remember it is in your head. Everyone walking on the streets thinks you look amazing because you are pregnant. I remember a time walking through one of the department stores. I was big and bloated and miserable and some woman walked by and said you look amazing. It made a huge difference to me. So if you are looking at this and you are not pregnant, tell pregnant people they're beautiful. If you are pregnant, remember you are creating life. You are definitely beautiful. I'm Dr. Jill telling you how to love your body in pregnancy."
