I'm Dr. Jill from Tampa, Florida telling you how to curb those sweet cravings you are having in pregnancy. You are going to have cravings. They're going to come at random times and they're going to come for a lot of different things. I recommend give in to them. Don't restrict yourself. When you start to restrict yourself then you are going to potentially want it more and eat foods that are worse for you. I recommend a very healthy diet in pregnancy, lots of small frequent meals and eat a little bit. If you are craving that cheesecake from the cheesecake factory, have bite, don't have th entire piece, make sure that you are not giving in too much.
