"Hi, I'm Linda Wooldridge. I'm a home school mom. I've graduated one child. I have another one in high school. So, how do you go through that graduation ceremony with a class of one. Well, you can do a graduation ceremony for one student. You can have a wonderful ceremony in your home, invite your family, create your own diploma or you can look into support groups in your area or even in your state who might have larger graduation ceremonies. When my son graduated, he was a member of a class of forty two. He was one of the graduation speakers. He wore a cap and gown . We went up and handed him his diploma and turned the tassel. It was a wonderful day, and we have beautiful pictures just like any other high school graduate. So, however, you do it, however you choose to graduate your child, it's a celebration of having completed that wonderful home school journey. Do something that's meaningful to your family. Be sure and take lots of pictures and enjoy the fact that you have successfully completed at least part of your home schooling journey. I'm Linda Wooldridge. Have a wonderful home school day."
