"Hi, I'm Amy McCauley, and I'm going to discuss with you, how to buy a sports bra. First, you want to think about the activities that you will be doing. Are you going to be running? Are you going to be jumping up and down? or are you going to be just doing some kind of weight training program? or Pilates, where you're not really moving around a whole lot. If you are doing an activity that is running or jumping, you're going to want a sports bra that is very supportive. Pull it down on each side, to make sure that it's not, it's snug, snug enough that you're not moving around a whole bunch. If it's loose on you, you might want to try a different style of sports bra. Choose a style that's best suited for you. A compression style, actually separates the chest, on both sides, so that you actually have a little bit more support. A good support is for a larger breast person, is molded cups, so you want to have just a little bit more support, so that you don't have pressure in your back, or in your shoulders, or in your neck. You also might want to consider taking two sports bras and putting them together, especially if you're going to be doing jumping around activities. If you're just doing something that's relaxing, like a Pilates class, or a yoga class, it can be a little bit looser, so that you're not feeling pressure in your neck or shoulders, and that is how you choose a sports bra."
