"Hi, my name is Jessica Claire, and I'm a professional dating coach here in New York City for New York Dating Coach. In this clip, we're going to talk about how to identify a pickup line. Now, a pickup line is a negative, or it seems to be becoming a negative, and the reason is because a pickup line insinuates that you can say the same thing to every woman every time and it's going to pick her up. A it's a line that's used across the board for every woman. Now, that's how you would identify it. If it can't, if it's not specific to the person that you are talking to, so if you haven't decided on something to say that's genuine and sincere to a specific woman then you can count on the fact that it's a pickup line. If you use it more than once, or more than twice it's probably a lie, and she is going to recognize it when you say it. Now, almost always, if you say something general about her eyes, or her dress, or the way she walks, or something inappropriate she's going to recognize it as being a pickup line. This is Jessica Claire with New York Dating Coach."
