"Hi, I'm Donna Barnes, I'm a life and relationship coach and owner of NY Dating Coach in New York City. In this clip, we'll talk about how to keep that spark alive in a relationship. Once you've been together too long, it's very common to fall into a routine and the luster falls out of the relationship. But you can get that back by pretending to date again. It's really fun if you go back and reenact the scene when you first met and remember all those fun things and little fantasies are fun like that, you could pretend that it was your first date all over again and try new things, try exciting things and definitely have a date night. Get out where you do something fun once a week just the two of you and enjoy each other and romance is really important to a relationship. In the beginning when you first meet, you do nice little things for each other, you tell them how sexy they are, you compliment them, those things go a really long way in keeping the spark alive. So if you touch each other frequently, cuddling is all really good. If you make an effort, you can keep that attraction going. This is Donna Barnes, life and dating coach in New York City."
