"You have been running a small business, and you've heard about limiting your liability, if you're incorporated, so you've decided you need to incorporate this small business. Hello, I'm Robert Todd, and I'm here to answer the question, how do I incorporate a small business? Well, of course this is going to vary from state to state, and one of the first things you're going to consider, is contacting the Secretary of State's Office, in the state in which you do business. Many times the Secretary of State's Office has forms that you can either be mailed, or you can download online, that can assist you in doing the incorporation yourself. If you're not comfortable in this self help incorporation, you may want to consider one of the many online services that offer assistance, in incorporating small businesses. If you're not computer savvy, and you simply want to look in the Yellow Pages, there are many businesses in the Yellow Pages, listing their assistance in helping individuals incorporate small businesses, and finally, if you want to be sure that it's done correctly, you may want to consider hiring an attorney, that specializes in the incorporation of small businesses. I'm Robert Todd, and thank you for watching."
