"You have developed a trademark for your particular business product or services and you'd like to be sure that that trademark is properly registered. Hello I'm Robert Todd and I'm here to answer the question how to file for a trademark registration. Well probably the first place you want to look is the website for the United States Patent and Trademark Office. They have a website that you can go on, that basically takes you through a step by step process on how to register a trademark. Now if you go on that website and you are not particularly comfortable with the terminology, or you don't really understand the process or the steps they are asking you to complete to register that trademark, you may want to seriously consider hiring a lawyer who specializes in registering trademarks. Obviously the trademark for your business's products and services is a very valuable asset to you and it's worth a consultation fee. You certainly don't want to mess that up and have to hire a lawyer after the fact to undo what you did that could have been done with a consultation. I'm Robert Todd and thank you for watching."
