"So have you ever wondered on how you can make your teeth stronger? Well my name is Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with Solutionz and I'm going to explain to you on how you can make your teeth stronger. Pretty much it's easy, there are a couple different ways that you can do that. As far as brushing with a certain toothpaste, you definitely would need to see your general dentist so therefore he can kind of tell you what exact toothpaste to use. Nine times out of ten he's going to want you to use like a cavity protection toothpaste which builds up the - your enamel and your dentin, which is - the dentin is the most - or the enamel is the hardest part of your tooth, so it's going to provide you know strength for your enamel to kind of build it up and kind of make them stronger and more healthier. Also too drinking lots of milk, because the calcium that's in milk will supply nutrients to your teeth, and taking a lot of Vitamin C and multivitamins, those are all forms of trying to kind of keep and maintain that healthy teeth.
