"Have you ever wondered on how to properly care for your dentures? Well my name is Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with Solutionz, and I'm here to explain to you on how to do just that. Basically, with your dentures you want to treat them as if they were your natural, regular teeth. You're definitely going to want to brush them, every day on a consistent basic. You also want to put them in the water bath every night. You really don't want to sleep with your dentures in although you can but it's not recommended. So by placing them in a water bath with the tablets that you buy from the Fixodent tablets that you buy over the counter at the pharmacy, that will kind of - the suds from those tablets will kind of eat away at any additional staining or any debris that you might have left on the dentures. You want to brush the inside of your dentures to kind of remove any excess Fixodent material that you have. So definitely taking care of them, on a regular basis will not only prevent staining from the dentures and will kind of make your dentures last longer, but it'll be healthier for your gums that are in your mouth 'cause you definitely don't want to put a grungy denture in your mouth, if you're not brushing and taking care of it on a regular basis, so brushing it at least three times a day or every time after you eat, and then placing it in the water bath at night are all great forms of properly taking care of your denture. Once again my name is Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with Solutionz and I just explained to you on the proper care of your dentures."
