"Are you wondering if hydrogen peroxide is a great form of teeth whitening. Well my name is Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with Solutions and I'm going to explain to you about hydrogen peroxide. No it is not a form of teeth whitening but yes you can use it as that in moderation. Basically what you can do with it is you can dip your toothbrush into the bottle of hydrogen peroxide, take it out brush your teeth with it as if you were brushing your teeth with toothpaste. And you of course you do not want to swallow any of the hydrogen peroxide. Once when you are done, you want to spit out the excess that you have left in your mouth. And then rinse your mouth out with warm water or cold water, whichever you prefer. But basically yes, hydrogen peroxide can be a form of teeth whitening but only in moderation. It's not something that you want to do consistently everyday. Maybe once every other day or once a week. But once again my name is Michelle and I just explained to you on hydrogen peroxide being a great form of teeth whitening."
