"Hi are you wondering on how to choose a correct electric toothbrush. Well my name is Michelle and I'm a dental assistant with Solutions and I'm going to kind of explain to you, and therefore make it easier for you to go out there and choose an electric toothbrush. Basically the benefits of electric toothbrush is it's easier for you to brush your teeth. It actually it's better for your teeth and your gums, especially if you have, if you purchase a toothbrush that has the bristles on it where it spins around in a circular motion. And then the bottom bristles just go up and down. Therefore, you can take the part where it spins around place it right on your gums and the bristles will actually get up underneath your gums and flush out the bacteria or the debris that might be hiding underneath your gums. So it's really important to that when you are going to purchase an electric toothbrush that you find a toothbrush that actually has softer bristles not as hard bristles. You want to be able to easily press on the bristles and then they bend with the pressure. So once again my name is Michelle, I'm a dental assistant with Solutions and I just explained to you on how to choose an electric toothbrush."
