"Now I'm going to show you how to make a Hand-Shaken Margarita on the Rocks. So let's start with our rocks. Go ahead and pour your ice into your glass, and we're going to add one shot of cold tequila, and that's an ounce. And tequila, you may or may not know this, comes from agave nectar. Then we're going to do one and a half parts sweet and sour mix. So that's going to be about four ounces. Great, just like that. Then we're going to do some fresh lime juice. And about three squeezes here, three good squeezes on our lime. One, two, three, is going to give us about a half a tablespoon. Then we're going to add a half ounce of our triple sec. And this is really looking great. This is making me want some nachos. Alright, we're going to shake that up. And now we're going to rim our glass with salt. We're just going to take a wedge of lime, run it right around the edge of your glass like so, put that in your salt. Isn't that beautiful? Go ahead and pour your cocktail in. And you can do this on the rocks or you can strain it. Add a straw, and a little extra wedge of lime. Voila, Hand-Shaken Margarita on the Rocks."
