"Alright, the drink we're about to make is called Southern Joe, and this is going to be a shot, so go ahead and grab a shot glass or five, depending on how many friends you have around you. And let's go ahead and measure out a half of a shot of Southern Comfort, and we'll follow that up with a half a shot f whiskey. Actually calls for Jack Daniels, you can use any whiskey you'd like. Personally, I think you should find a whiskey that has the name Joe in it, and that would seem to make a lot of sense, wouldn't it. Now, the Southern Comfort of course, comes in either the eighty proof or one hundred proof, so it's up to you on what, well I guess how strong you want to make your Southern Joe. And it's going to have a bit of a peach flavor to it, so you might taste a little peach in there with the bourbon, it's actually a peach bourbon, and your whiskey. And that will give you a nice shot that will warm you up on a nice southern day. And find someone named Joe to take it with you, it makes it that much better to enjoy. Hey Joe, come on over, it's time to take a shot. Bottoms up."
