"I'm going to show you how to make a Whiskey Manhattan. We're going to start off with our ice, go ahead and pour that into your glass, and I don't know about you but I got stuff growing in my freezer that's been there for about six years, so it's pretty funky. So I like to rinse my ice first, just pour some water over it, and then flip it upside down, strain it into the kitchen sink, and then your ice will taste a lot better and your drink will taste a lot better. Next we're going to add in one and a half ounces of whiskey just like so, that's one and half. And this is a jigger, that's J I G G E R. It's a really handy little tool, you can get it at a liquor store or a bar supply store. Next I'm going to add in a one and a half ounces, so equal parts of sweet vermouth, just like so. And this is a wine product, so keep this in the refrigerator, and it'll last a lot longer. All right, we're going to shake this up. And then we are going to strain this into a cocktail glass, you can also serve this on the rocks if you like in a rocks glass, it's up to you. And there you have it, a Whiskey Manhattan. Cheers."
